The Github Airdrop is the main way we distribute devcoins to the community. In fact 66% of all possible devcoins will come into existance through this airdrop alone. How does it work? Simply link your github account so that we can check the basic information of your github account to see if you qualify. We do not gain access to your projects. We use the no-scope Oauth priviledges which is the most minimal priviledge possible. We are only able to see basic account info such as: your email address, last activity date, and the age of your account etc. Simply link your account and we will send the devcoins to a public key of your choice.
There are only enough coins for 5000 developers to register.
Email Airdrops
Email airdrops are the second main we we distribute devcoins. Roughly 30% of the additioinal coins that will ever exist will be creating through this method.
How does it work? Simply sign up for our newsletter and we will send you a personal link where you will be able to claim the devcoins.
